Micro filter – replace or clean?

Some workshops will advise you to just clean out the micro filter, even when the micro filter service is overdue. Here you can see why that is not a good idea. The micro filter is part of your air con system. The air quality in the cabin can be controlled by the micro filter. For example, if there’s a veld fire or pollen in the air, the micro filter (otherwise known as a pollen filter), will prevent these particles from entering the cabin.
